Return Policy

Thank you for considering our store for your furniture needs. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our return policy.

Return Eligibility:
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for custom-made furniture and clearance items.

Return Procedure:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You
can reach us by phone, email, or live chat.
• We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
• You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item(s) are returned to us safely.
• Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same condition as when they were shipped. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy:

• We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping or handling fees.
• If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Damaged or Defective Items:
• If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• We may require photos of the damage or defect to be provided.
• We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item(s) and any applicable shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item(s) has not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• If the item(s) have already shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure outlined above.
